  2. We collect information, which the User voluntarily provides to the Customer or shares on the Customer Products and which is provided to us by the Customer.

We may combine this information with other information that we have collected about you, including, where applicable, Personal Data.

Cookies

We use cookies and other technologies when Users access the Customer Products or when you access the Site.

A “cookie” is a small piece of information that our Site or the Customer’s website assigns to the  browser while browsing such website. Cookies are very helpful and are used by us for the purpose of gathering relevant information in order to detect possible online and identity frauds.

We use ‘session cookies’, which are stored temporarily during a browsing session and are deleted from the device when the browser is closed, and ‘persistent cookies’, which are saved on a device for a fixed period and are not deleted when the browser is closed.

You may disable the storage of and/or remove the cookies via your browser settings.

Certain features of our Site or Services may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our Site. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe’s website. Portions of the Site and our html-formatted e-mails may contain small electronic files known as pixel tags (also referred to as web beacons clear gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed above (e.g., by disabling cookies), but such disabling may impair use of the Site or Services.
